TV property expert predicts UK property market recovery

A well-known TV property expert has said he expects the UK property market will see unprecedented levels of activity once it begins to recover.

Phil Spencer, known for presenting Channel 4 property show Location, Location, Location said that with so many people unable to sell their property at present, many will be "desperate" to move once the market improves.

"Once the financial markets, the economy and the housing markets have started to recover, those people will all move; without any shadow of a doubt they will move. They will be desperate to move," he said.
